Refund and Returns Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your purchase and request a refund.

1. Introduction
By completing a transaction on Visa Academy’s platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase a course or service. Once the transaction is completed, the payment made is non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Before the Webinar, Course, or Appointment Start Date:
    Refunds are available only if a request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date of the course, webinar, or appointment. This applies to all courses, including regular and urgent appointment training services.

  • After the Event Has Started:
    Refund requests will not be accepted once the course, webinar, or appointment has started, unless the service provided significantly deviates from the description or expectations set during the booking process.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Raise a support ticket on our platform or contact us at refund@visac.co.in.
  • Provide a clear and specific reason for your refund request, detailing why the service did not meet your expectations or the terms of the agreement.
  • Attach any relevant proof or documentation to support your refund request, if necessary.

Refund requests must be submitted 3 days before the scheduled event. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the scheduled course or webinar or after the event has started, the request will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No Shows: If you miss a webinar, appointment, or course without prior notice or cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Digital Products: If you purchase any non-refundable digital products or materials, such as e-books or downloadable resources, they are not eligible for refunds once purchased.

6. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable period, usually within 7-10 business days from the approval date.

7. Changes to Course Schedule or Content
In case Visa Academy needs to reschedule a webinar, course, or appointment, you will be notified at the earliest. If the new date does not suit you, you can request a full refund. Visa Academy is not responsible for any changes caused by external factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or unforeseen events.
